is an accomplished Chartered Secretary and Governance professional, with more than 22 years' experience working with boards, board committees and shareholders.
She has worked with senior management teams to realise short and long-term business plans.
She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Federation University Australia (formerly University of Ballarat).
She is a Fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) as well as a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) (FCIS).
